Friday, September 5, 2014 Program:

Today in our FSU’s Proud to Be segment we speak with Thea Credle, Director of Emergency Management and Environmental Health and Safety at Fayetteville State University about steps the University has taken to ensure a safe and secure environment. We discuss things we can do to better prepare to survive and recover emergency situations.

As part of National Preparedness Month we talk with Phil Harris, Executive Director of the Highlands Chapter of the American Red Cross. We talk about what is involved in being informed, making a plan, building a kit and getting involved as we each resolve to be ready for potential emergencies.

Calliope  Papagikos stops in to tell us more about the 24th annual Greek Festival taking place this weekend, as the Greek community celebrates and shares all things Greek.
