Military Matters,
a public affairs presentation of WFSS 91.9 FM, is a monthly program linking
our Fort Bragg neighbors and the surrounding community.
This program has been on the hearts and minds of the
radio station staff for many years. We have been waiting
for just the right time and people to come together.
And now, we are very excited to step out in a joint
effort with military and civilian volunteers to bring
programming that will be of interest to the military and
civilian community alike. We began our program with
assistance from of the 22nd Mobile
Public Affairs Detachment as well as community
volunteers.
We are
currently working with
the
10th Public Affairs Detachment (Press Camp
Headquarters)
at Ft. Bragg, NC.

today's episode of Military Matters, SGT Meghan Berry
takes us to Simmons Air Field, where we step into the
shoes of the flight crew. We experience a little of what
a day in their life consists of, as Meghan joins them on
their
Blackhawk flight training exercise.

connect with a family who lost a child to SIDS. We hear
the voices of soldiers and families as they rally to
support on of their own on the
journey to healing.
